Purpose
Statement
To enhance the economic health of Walla Walla County through the development and
execution of this economic development plan. The desired outcome of the plan is to retain
and create living wage jobs. The plan is designed to be implemented countywide and for the
benefit of all communities within the county.
* Living wage job is defined as a job with a starting wage of $12.00 per hour plus
benefits.
