REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ 2025-010E)
FROM QUALIFIED CONSULTING CIVIL ENGINEERING FIRM FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE PORT OF WALLA WALLA'S WALLULA GAP BUSINESS PARK

Port of Walla Walla (hereinafter the "Port") is seeking services from of a qualified Consulting Civil Engineering Firm to assist with a utility, roadway, and rail access planning study for the Port’s Wallula Gap Business Park, located near Wallula, Washington. This effort is funded by a Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) Planning Grant, with additional support from the Port’s general funds.

The Request for Qualifications is due by October 7, 2025 @ 2:00 PM (PST), at the Port of Walla Walla Administrative Office, 310 A. Street, Walla Walla, Washington 99362.
